Our Founding Belief

I founded ILSSON because AI and data now shape far more than quarterly results. They shape how organizations adapt, what they become, and the impact they have. With global exposure to transformation and experience building in the AI transformation space, I saw the need for a different approach - one grounded in product thinking, purposeful governance, and practical design.
