ILSSON’s Founder
ILSSON was founded by Martin Ilievski. His global career across commercial management, product, entrepreneurship, and transformation shaped ILSSON's purpose. He previously co-founded a venture-backed AI company in the US during the pandemic and has worked across startups, mid-sized companies, and enterprise organizations around the world. Stockholm has been his base since 2014.
That mix reflects how ILSSON thinks and works. He has sat on both sides of transformation: as a founder accountable for outcomes, and as a leader inside organizations navigating complex structures, politics, and constraints. ILSSON brings that perspective into every engagement: a bias for clarity, discipline in execution, and a focus on value that can be defended in a board meeting.
The name ILSSON playfully carries our founder's childhood nickname, 'Ile's son,' in a uniquely Swedish form. It is a deliberate choice: ILSSON is the result of Martin’s internationally sourced expertise, shaped by the Swedish principles of precision, collaboration, and trust, and founded in Stockholm itself.
